Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops
Ingredients
4 Thin Sliced pork chops, fat trimmed
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tsp. Honey
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Trim pork chops and season with salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil (preferably in a cast-iron pan) and brown pork chops well on both sides. About 5-6 minutes on each side. Set aside.
Add the vinegar and honey to the same pan, and simmer until slightly thickened.
Then add pork chops and cook over medium-low heat until pork chops are cooked through (165 degrees internal temperature)
Glazed the pork chops with sauce as needed. ***Be careful not to let the glazed mixture burn Serve hot, and wait for compliments!
