Beef Stroganoff with Mushrooms - Serves 4-6
Ingredients
1 pound of beef tenderloin or sirloin steak tips, sliced into thin strips
8 oz of mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of beef broth
1 cup of sour cream
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish - optional)
8 oz of egg noodles
Instructions
Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside. The noodles can be cooking while following the rest of the instructions
