Boiled Peanuts
Ingredients
1lb Raw peanuts - Do not remove the shell
1/2 cup of salt
10 cups of water
Instructions using a Crockpot
Add dry peanuts to the crockpot
Pour water over the peanuts leaving about 2 inches of water covering the peanuts - roughly 10 cups
Add Salt and stir to mix it all together
Cook on High for 8 hours
Instructions for Stovetop

Bring to a boil
Reduce heat to a medium/slow boil for 2-3 hours
Drain the water and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. You can also freeze them in a zip lock bag.
