Caprese Skewers
Ingredients
20 Cherry Tomatoes - halved
10-12 oz Mini Mozzarella Balls
20 Basil Leaves
2 tbs Balsamic Dressing
Toothpicks or skewers
Instructions
Prepare Your Ingredients: Wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Drain the mozzarella balls if they were stored in liquid.
Slice the tomatoes into halves – you can keep them whole if you prefer. By slicing them, the sweet tomato juices drip deliciously onto the mozzarella.
Thread the skewers – slide half a tomato, a mozzarella ball, another half of tomato, a basil leaf and then another mozzarella ball.
Arrange them onto your serving platter.
Drizzle with Balsamic dressing – just before serving
