Delicious and Easy Chopped BLT Salad Recipe for a Healthy Lunch or Dinner

Chopped BLT Salad - Serves 4
Ingredients
For dressing:
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
For the salad:
1 head romaine lettuce, cored and chopped
4 ounces cherry tomatoes, halved
2–3 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
4 oz of Bacon, cooked and chopped
Instructions
To make the dressing
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients
Set aside
To make the salad
Toss together the chopped lettuce, cherry tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs
Divide between individual salad bowls
Top bowls of salad with croutons
Drizzle the dressing over the salads and top with the chopped bacon
Serve immediately
