Ribs are certainly a staple on the menu for most Americans. Here is a recipe that involves the ever so convenient Crockpot or Slow Cooker. Allowing you to pop these babies in the crockpot and go about your business. Come home to house smelling so good and Country Style Ribs ready to be devoured.

Crockpot Country Style Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  1. 1.5 lbs. Country Style Pork Ribs

  2. 2 tablespoons Salt

  3. 1 tablespoon Pepper

Ingredients for the BBQ sauce

  1. 1 cup Sweet Original BBQ Sauce

  2. 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

  3. 1/4 cup Honey

  4. 3 Garlic Cloves, minced

  5. 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, Apple Cider Vinegar, Honey, minced Garlic and pepper.

  2. Season the ribs thoroughly with salt & pepper.

  3. In a 5 quart crockpot, pour a layer of the BBQ sauce mixture and spread evenly.

  4. Layer the ribs on top of the sauce. Pour the remaining BBQ sauce mixture and covering the ribs.

  5. Slow cook in your crockpot on HIGH for 6 hours.
