Summertime Seasonal Fruits are almost here!

AHHH!!! Hello Sunshine! Hello Spring! It's Soon to be SUMMERTIME. Let's take a look at some seasonal fruit we can indulge on and feel good about.

Who doesn't LOVE fruits in the Summer? I think the best quality is how much hydration you can receive from small piece of fruit. And in the Summer, hydration is very much welcomed. Plus, they are sweet!

Strawberries are one of my favorite fruits. And surprisingly they are extremely useful to our bodies. They were used to treat many health conditions by making tonics. Strawberries were used for skin problems, teeth whitening, and digestive issues. Strawberries are also rich in fiber, Vitamin C and manganese. You will also get a considerable amount of folate and potassium in strawberries. They have a high amount of anti-inflammatory benefits. Summer-related skin and health issues can be kept at bay by eating strawberries.

Watermelon is another tasty and beneficial Summer treat. It has been proven to aid in weight loss. It's very low in calories and has no cholesterol. Watermelon is extremely good for your eyes with all of its beta-carotene properties. This fruit is high in compounds that are particularly beneficial in reducing inflammation and neutralizing free radicals.

Blueberries are the King of the Antioxidant Foods. They reduce DNA damage, which may help protect against aging and cancer. Blueberries can help heart health, bone strength, skin health, blood pressure, diabetes management, cancer prevention, and mental health. So, if all of this information doesn't make you want to go out and get some fresh blueberries this Summer, then you may need to re-read this one.
